At Hajj Safe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Ihram and modest wear purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are unworn, then include a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
